Glad to have you back!

Sometimes, I don't have time to go to the club.
I usually do some biking, because my doctor advised me not to run yet ( because my weight is 232 pounds and my height is 5'9 )

For cardio you can do at home without equipment, you can try out:

1. Swimming
2. Jump rope -just need a jump rope
Here's a step-by-step how to do jump rope exercise: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/jump-rope-workout.html
3. Walking
4. Jumping on a trampoline – just need a trampoline
5. Stair climbing
6. Cardio dancing – just slot in a dance DVD
7. Step aerobics – just slot in a step aerobics DVD

For body building exercise, do weights on all major muscle groups: arms, legs, thighs, back, chest, shoulder……
