Bodybuilding supplement (protein powders)?

Glad to have you back!http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/protein.htm
Are those protein powders vegetarian/vegan?
The soy protein is most likely vegan (I think that’s what it’s made for). The whey protein and egg protein powders are lacto-ovo vegetarian friendly.
If you are vegetarian, try Optimum Nutritions 100% whey.

Depends. If it’s whey protein, it comes from cows, so therefore it’s not vegan. However if you can find a protein powder without whey, then it can be vegan friendly
