Bodybuilding supplement (protein powders)?

Are those protein powders vegetarian/vegan?

The soy protein is most likely vegan (I think that’s what it’s made for). The whey protein and egg protein powders are lacto-ovo vegetarian friendly.

    Depends. If it’s whey protein, it comes from cows, so therefore it’s not vegan. However if you can find a protein powder without whey, then it can be vegan friendly
