The “The 4-Week Beach Body Workout Day 1″ Workout Plan consists of a 4-week plan to get you back in tip top shape.

Do each workout 1x per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

-Goal: Achieve Total number of reps
-Don’t worry how many sets it take
-Use rep guidelines for amount of weight you should use for first set. Less reps in subsequent sets is fine.
-Perform movement as fast as possible. Stop when form shortens or speed slows.

4. Barbell Tricep Extension
5. Hanging Obliques

The 4-Week Beach Body Workout Day 2

40 reps
10-12 reps
60 second rest

1. 1-Arm Row
2. Incline Pecs.
3. ROM Deadlift
4. Standing Calves
5. Traps

The 4-Week Beach Body Workout Day 3

60 reps
15-20 reps
30 second rest

1. High Pull
2. Barbell Press
3. Barbell Lunge
4. Barbell Curls
5. Weight Crunches

    That’s just plain ignorance to draw the “hah, you’re fat”-card. There are a number of reasons for having a bulkier stomach. From what I can see, Vince has very little fat in his torso. I don’t think it’s inner fat either (since it would require a lot of alcohol consuming lol). I’m a pretty skinny guy myself but at times I have proportionally big stomach, mainly if I have eaten too much dairy products (lactose intolerance). And ta-daa – that’s where the ing and training comes in handy! :)
