    ok, i’m 6′2 180, and im really skinny, if you have 30 pounds body fat and you only weigh 153 then you hardly have any muscle mass at all, meaning start drinking about 2-3 protein shakes a day PLUS good servings of complex carbs, like brown rice best one out there, so that your testoserone doesnt drop due to high lvls of protein vs carbs. Also eat good a decent ammount of fat from good cuts of Steak like sirloin or filet mignon, because fat is where testosterone comes from, build up muscle now

    WOW, this guy is SLOPPY. Boggles my mind that he calls himself fitness advisor! Horrible form, motion timing, cheating on exercises when tired (“don’t touch the floor…oops I just did, aahh…it’s okay if you touch..”), almost falling all over the place, etc. C’mon! If you want to look like a professional, learn from one before you advise!

    Follow Arnel better, MUCH better, or Sean Nalewanyj. He’s got good explanations how it all works.
