buy a bag of frozen chicken breast and bags of 99 cents frozen veggies. (broc, spinach and such) season to taste and bake like 4 breasts on Sun night… then on Mon you can choose your veggie for that night… and since you should be eating meat and veggies for dinner… you have dinner for 4 nights in a row.

Trust me…….you don’t need protein powder…….you need water, and meats and veg’s and eggs. Eat all the meats, veg’s eggs and peanut butter sans and milk you can get in you. Stay out of the health food stores and go to the super market and buy real food. Skip the powders, and the pills………buy a roast beef and have the butcher cut it into 1/2" steaks……….you will get about 20 steaks for 12 bucks…eat 4 a day………and eat burger king hamburgers(1.oo) a piece………about 3 at a time and a good milk shake once in a while. All the best to you, help your mother when you can and have a happy holiday if possible. Good luck…….you can do it. Jog!!
