What is the best post-workout supplement for bodybuilding?

Glad to have you back!28, 150. been taking Cyto-Gainer and has helped put on weight but looking to transition to something with less calories. Looking for a solid post-workout protein supplement that will maximize muscle gain and avoid putting on excess fat. Also to use between meals. Not a pill or creatine or anything crazy, just trying to maintain the muscle i build and use as extra calories between meals.
You should try a whey protein isolate. Isolate is similar to concentrate, but in a purer form. Most of the fat and carbs are removed, which makes it lower in calories. I like Ergopharm’s GF-Pro. The vanilla taste really good and has 21 grams of protein per serving with only 3 grams of carbs and half a gram of fat. In all it only has 100 calories. I’ve made really good gains since i’ve switched from whey protein concentrate.
