No, it usually depend on what type of guy the girl likes. When you say body building I assume big buff guys. Have you ever noticed that most "players" aren’t "buff". They are just not weak nor buff. In the middle or slightly "under the middle". Muscle is always just a plus, but you don’t need it to get women. Have you ever noticed most "buff" guys aren’t really that good looking? All you really need is know how to talk to the girl.

some girls do give you more attention, it just depends on their personal taste, some girls like the slim look, others want a guy who can lift them up with one arm (really fun to do by the way)

I got pretty ripped for a few years and I actually had a lot less success. I had guys stop me frequently and tell me, "wow you’re huge, what kind of workout do you do". The girls were never that impressed.

I’m a girl and body building dose not attract me … these men tend to boost there muscles cause they lack a attractive facial feature or lack of personality, therefore replaced with muscles! plus they get huge veins..ughh!

I’ll tell you what having a muscular physique has gotten me. Plenty of attention from the gay fellas (which I think is still a compliment) , and lots of guys with little man syndrome trying to start fights with me and eyeing me when I walk by , thinking Im some ahole meathead jock who likes to start fights, when really Im a cartoonist who happened to get a weight set for Christmas lol.
And women, they prefer there guys to look like women these days. They like tall skinny guys, who use their mommas hair iron. Here and there a woman has hid on me, but she is usually the town bicycle kind of girl lol. Trust me man having muscles and a six-pac do help, but I wish I had true confidence instead , that would give me allot more girls than any muscle and that’s real talk from a guy who has muscles.

My class started weight room awhile ago…but not many people know that I lifted [heavy weights, not little 5 pounders like most girls my age grab] I would go 60-90 lbs for arms, 200 for legs, see what I mean?
And I’m attracted to girls…soooo…I started placing weight plates on this bench-press-like machine…and in this gym theres mirrors and I noticed this really cute girl staring at me…and I say Hi…and she asked ”How many lbs is that?” and don’t laugh, but I just put 45 on. :/
But it gave her an awesome reaction lol.
But it’s also important to remember that personality and the way you treat a girl matters too. Looks are a plus!
